Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all murals and posters are printed upon purchase. All sales are final, and exchanges or returns are not available under standard circumstances.

Customers must report defective or imperfect items to Levora Art within 5 business days of delivery via email, phone, or in person. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. While all sales are final, we review return requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, email hello@levora-art.example with your order number in the subject line.

Returned items may take up to 25 days to arrive at our fulfillment center. Once received, refund processing takes up to 2 business days, with the credit appearing in your account within 3–5 business days.
